Auto Revival Mobile Headlight Restoration

Terms & Conditions

Last updated August 2026

1. Who you are dealing with

This website and the headlight restoration service offered on it are operated by AutoRevivalHeadlightsRestoration ("Auto Revival", "we", "us"), based in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada and serving the Greater Toronto Area. When you book a service or make a purchase, you are entering into an agreement with us.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a booking request, or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a service. If you are booking on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to do so; if booking as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

3. The service we provide

We provide mobile headlight restoration: we travel to your chosen location within the Greater Toronto Area and restore oxidised, yellowed or hazed headlight lenses. The standard price is $50 CAD per vehicle (both headlights) with mobile travel included. Additional services such as fog light or tail light restoration, ceramic UV top coating, or additional vehicles may be quoted separately.

Restoration improves the clarity of existing lenses. It is not a replacement service and cannot repair cracked, internally fogged, moisture-filled, or physically damaged housings. Results vary with the age and condition of the lens.

4. Bookings, access and cancellations

A booking request is a request for a time slot; we confirm it by phone, text or email. You must provide accurate contact, vehicle and location details, and ensure we have safe, legal and reasonable access to the vehicle at the agreed time, along with sufficient space to work.

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. If we arrive and the vehicle is inaccessible or nobody is present, we may need to reschedule. Payment mechanics, invoicing, refunds and cancellation of paid orders are handled by Paddle — see section 6 and our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use of this website

You must not misuse this website. In particular, you must not:

  • use it for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
  • submit fraudulent bookings, spam, or false payment or contact information;
  • infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the site, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, attempting unauthorised access, or scraping content or data.

6. Payment and reseller (Merchant of Record)

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. You may pay online when booking or in person at the time of service. Where you pay online, payment, billing, tax handling, invoicing, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, photographs of our work, the Auto Revival name, logo and branding, and the site software — is owned by us or licensed to us and remains our property. You may view the site for the purpose of learning about and booking our service, but you may not copy, resell, redistribute or reverse engineer it.

8. Availability and warranties

We do not guarantee that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, in relation to the website. Our restoration work is performed with reasonable skill and care, and we will discuss expected results with you before starting.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking or your access to this website if there is a material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or a security risk, abusive behaviour toward our staff, or repeated or serious violations of these terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions? Call or text 647-807-6856.
